Bialy matrix
~~~
~~~
This is an ongoing collaboration with poet/artist/molecular biologist Harvey Bialy based on his visual works characterized as
“configurations, constructions, contemplations, conformations, considerations, conjunctions or conjurations
depending on the day of the week on Jupiter.”
~~~
My part is performance of axial music / drumming in response to particular works,
added here as, first, his image and, second, my sound file.
The titles of my sound pieces are preverbs.
~~~
Click on the name of Bialy’s piece to take you to his site for the context, the expandable image, and in many cases
the poems/texts of poet Charles Stein responding to the images.
~~~
~Note: it’s recommended to enlarge the image on your browser while listening to the sound.~
